These terms cover your use of getremindo.com (the "site"), which is run by XVERGE LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
When you submit your email through "Save my spot", you are asking us to email you about Remindo's launch. It is free. It is not a purchase, a pre-order or a reservation of a specific unit, and it creates no obligation for you to buy or for us to sell. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Remindo is still in development. The photos, screens, specifications, features, prices and dates on this site show what we plan to ship, and they may change before launch. Some images are illustrations or show prototype hardware and software.
Prices on this site are planned prices in US dollars. The price you pay, and whether your purchase includes free voice service, will be confirmed on the purchase page at the time you buy.
You cannot buy Remindo on this site today. If we launch on Kickstarter, pledges are made on Kickstarter and are governed by Kickstarter's terms and by our campaign page. Crowdfunding supports a project in development, and delivery dates are estimates. Any later sales will have their own terms of sale, warranty and return policy, shown before you pay.
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it, access it by automated means that harm it, submit other people's email addresses, or submit false information.
The Remindo name, logo, text, images and designs on this site belong to XVERGE LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site. Please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We love hearing ideas. If you send us suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve Remindo without owing you payment or credit.

The site may link to services we don't run, such as Kickstarter. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every detail on it is current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, XVERGE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, and in those places they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms as Remindo gets closer to launch. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
